·        Contact patient’s physician to obtain written authorization.

·        Bill Medicare or your insurance directly and accept assignment in most cases.

·        Provide prompt and courteous are-wide free delivery service.

·        Provide setup and periodic maintenance of all rental equipment in the home.

·        Instruct patient and family members in the proper use of equipment.

·        Answer any and all questions the patient may have about the Medicare program  regarding DME.

·        Supply oxygen and appropriate personnel services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

·        Provide certified fitters for Braces, Mastectomy products, and Diabetic shoes.
